At The Aesthetics Lounge and Spa St. Joseph, every appointment is carefully reserved to give you the luxurious, high-touch experience you deserve. To honor our team’s time and other clients waiting for openings, we’ve put a clear cancellation and no-show policy in place.
We get it—life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. You can do so easily through your online client portal, by text, or by phone call at (269) 429-7368.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice—or missed entirely—will result in a $75 service fee.
If your service required a booking deposit, that deposit will be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
We reserve the right to request a booking deposit for any future appointments, particularly if there’s a history of missed visits. This ensures we’re able to serve all of our clients with the consistency and care they expect.
